I'm a freelance journalist based out of Hong Kong. I've been writing about international issues since 1992, beginning with a trip to India that resulted in stories about the Dalai Lama's government in exile, and Mother Teresa's Home for the Dying. I worked at The Tampa Tribune for five years before venturing out on my own into the international sphere, although I've done freelancing for some years.
